Some of the best breakfast food I’ve had in years. The flavors in the biscuit benedict were perfectly balanced, and the hash was delightfully crispy (and the red quinoa was a unique and welcome addition). The cucumber mint limeade was delicious and reminiscent of a mojito. We showed up on a Wednesday morning and were the only customers. I’m sure these are not peak hours for this establishment, but I feel it’s a CRIME they weren’t busier with the quality of food that we were served! If you’re local to or visiting SLC, show them some love!
